3. Site Not for Minors

The Site is available to registered and unregistered users who are 13 years old and older and who have not been suspended or removed by Palestine in a Box for any reason (each a “Member”). We reserve the right to revoke your ability to access the products and services offered on the Site for any reason at any time including as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, without notice. If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Site and agree to these Terms.

4. Fraud Protection

As part of our order processing procedures, we may screen received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we may reject your order or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

5. Refund, Return & Privacy Policy – Palestine in a Box

Refund and Return Policy
Your experience with Palestine in a Box is very important to us. We are truly sorry if there is an issue with your order and we appreciate the chance to help.
Return Eligibility
– You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
– Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
– Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be returned or refunded.
– Any item returned after 10 days from delivery is not eligible for refund.

Return Process

– Please email us at info@palestineinabox.com with your order number and reason for return.
– Package the item securely. Please write your order number on the package.
– We cannot refund shipping costs, as these are paid to the shipping carrier.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).

Missing or Lost Packages

– If your package is missing or lost, please notify us. We will file a claim with our shipping insurance.
– Verification is required before processing a replacement.
– Claims can only be filed 20 days after US shipments and 40 days after international shipments.

The Palestine law shall govern these Terms without regard to conflict of laws provisions.

20.  Disputes

YOU AND PALESTINE IN A BOX AGREE THAT EACH MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Palestine in a Box agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim.
